This is a reflection of what would happen IRL so I just cannot get past the absolute stupidity of the Russians here. Is this really how they would react??? Because oh my god does anyone in that government have even a speck of critical thinking. I’m sorry but the way they’re behaving makes absolutely no sense to me.

And second: it is utterly bizarre to me that Russia knows every single tiny little detail about US nuclear policy and yet not once have they wondered WHO IS ACTUALLY TARGETING THE US??? Like, if Russia knows they didn’t start a nuclear war, and the US knows Russia didn’t start it either, and Russia is ALSO pretty sure the US is aware they didn’t start it…..WHY AREN’T THEY TRYING TO FIGURE OUT WHO DID?? I-

What I find devastatingly moronic is the fact that the Russian president is, in this scenario but also likely in real life should this happen, INSULTED that POTUS hasn’t called. ARE YOU FUCKING STUPID? Maybe he hasn’t called because TWO NUCLEAR MISSILES have just detonated on US soil and killed MILLIONS OF PEOPLE, possibly including POTUS. Like hello???????? I ask again: is the Russian president STUPID?????
