Still nothing of particular interest. More basic FP with a small note on ML "structures."

Fairly detailed coverage of FP basics. Speeding through to (what I hope will be) the more interesting stuff.

Very slow going at the start. Just now getting to some implementations that require more than a line / expression.

Wow... wow. Need to reread that chapter. Several times. Mind-bending stuff.

Loved the Scheme illustration of the halting problem—much more comprehensible than any pure-math explanation I've read. Onto what I'm guessing is the Y-combinator.

I was speeding along through the talk on basic recursion, currying, etc.. then—bam! Continuations. Great stuff.

Chapter 7 was just mind-blowing. I have to stop and stare at this code for a bit. Maybe print it out and scribble on it. Recursive combinators.. what a cool concept.

Speeding through the basics. I like the question-answer style and I think it'll be helpful once we get to the more difficult code.
