Oh hold. Another with difficult subject matter. Can't handle.

Pressing pause. I'm looking for an escape and I don't think that' s whar this is.

I'm learning a lot, but also feeling a little unsettled.

Not off to a very good start. Just finished the first chapter and the author has barely mentioned either of the women this book purports to be about.

Sinclair Lewis isn't any easier to read now than when I was in high school. I might not be destined to finish this one.

I'm slogging through this one, like a trudged through Babbitt in high school. Maybe it wasn't beyond me. Maybe Sinclair's just not my kind of writer.

Have just started. Am really hoping for more Come Nineveh, Come Tyre than Babbitt. Will be scary either way.
