My response to a book telling me I should maybe see a psychiatrist and that they'd probably diagnose me with major depression is yeah, that's probably right.

I've waited a book and a half for this to happen, so naturally I'm afraid its going to be ruined immediately 😬

I don't think I have ever wanted to slap a fictional character in the face as much as I want to slap Barbara. My god, she's so horrible.

I don't buy for one second that Barbara is doing this for Frances' benefit, she just wants to pretend she doesn't have a kid.

On the fence about Jonas, if I'm being honest. Seems to have anger issues and now acting kind of possessive. Of course he's had a rough life, and is essentially a viking warrior, so I could just be thinking too hard about it, but I couldn't help but feel a little "ick" during that last scene when the intent was probably to be feeling something else entirely 😅

I knew it I knew it I knew it! Again, predictable, but I'll give it a pass because I'm happy about this development 😂

Was really hoping this big "reveal" wasn't going to be the super obvious option. Kind of disappointed it was so predictable.
