Just got out of Hell.

Would have liked a section on current apportionment method Huntington-Hill. Also would have liked a section on codes and ciphers and the connection to computer science-- Turing machines, binary code and operations, hexadecimal, logic, and/or gates etc. overall I am really liking the book.
