Goal for tonight is to stay up and finish the rest of this book

I have finally picked up and finished a book for the first time in three years. With that being said, I am three years behind on books. I would def appreciate book recommendations! It feels so good to be back :)

I can already tell this is going to become one of my favorite books, I just have that feeling you get.

Also, I’m making time to sit down and read which is a very big improvement me for me this year :)

i think im back for good? this year was fucking rough. possibly the worst year of my year. this semester was hella stressful, i went to therapy for like a month, i've changed my major concentration from creative writing to professional writing. i've been getting my shit together the past month. But for the past week, i've been wanting to read so fingers crossed that 2020 is a better reading year!

Wow it's been a minute since I've been on here and it's been a very long time since I've picked up a book (four months to be exact). I have just been in a very weird place mentally and I'm just now I guess recovering from everything and ready to start over. Tonight I'm going to be picking up a book for the first time in months. So, I'm very happy to be back and even more happy to be reading again!

Back from the dead to let everyone know that I saw Mariah Carey yesterday at work.

If Harry Potter can't get me out of this slump, then I'm afraid nothing can.

This is literally the first time I've picked up a book in months and been genuinely excited to read it. Maybe I'm finally getting back into reading?

Wow, I don't think I've ever gone this long without being on here but there are alot of things going on in my life. I've been so busy with school and work and I'm also going through some stuff in my personal life. I'm not sure when I'll be able to pick up a book cause right now I don't want to push myself since I really need to focus on my mental health and just getting better.

I have a question for a project for my fiction writing class. What book or books do you think should be considered a classic?

Wow 13 days into the year and I still haven't touched a book. I am in the worst slump ever.

Took a little break from reading for the holidays (I was also hella busy with work) and now I'm ready to actually finish this.

I'm finally caught up to the spot where I stopped last time I was reading this, finally!

I've been working closing shifts this week which has caused me to read less. And I'll be working even more closing shifts the next week which is going to give me even less time to read. I hate adulting.

I AM FINALLY PICKING THIS BACK UP

I totally forgot where I was but I am prepared to be destroyed by Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff.

I have been super hesitant reading this (hence why I'm reading this now despite having this book for months) but I am enjoying this way more than I was expecting. I really need to stop letting other reviews affect what I want to read and my expectation of it.

I need to finish this tonight because after tomorrow, I'm working non-stop for a week and who knows if I'll have much time to read then.

Since there is only a couple weeks left in the year, I think the final books I'm going to read are my most anticipated 2018 releases that I never got around to reading this year. I think this is the perfect way for my to close the heretic year that was 2018.

*reads a little bit*
*goes on Netflix to watch an episode of the new season of Nailed It*
*watches the entirety of Dumplin' instead*

Will I actually finish this tonight? Fucking hopefully.

I can't believe how much I forgot I love to read and how much I love this series.
