Love a book lending!

Good adult series to keep me company in a trip? Any recommendations? Love fantasy, dystopia, sci fi, even a good contemporary series if it is lighthearted. Nothing realistic and dark. I have several YA series that I familiar with, but not adult. Thanks!

Looking forward to reading this book written by such a young author. We had the pleasure of meeting her at the Mississippi Book Festival this year.
