The last several chapter have been very intense. Look forward to seeing the movie for the first time since I was a kid when I'm done with the book.

I really liked the elevator chapter. Been a long time since a scene in a book had me checking over my shoulder to make sure no one was sneaking up behind me LOL

Gripping when not aggravating

Some stuff I really likes, but there's other times where King's dialogue is really cringe-worthy. Liked the wasp scene.

At first Fisher's "voice" annoyed me, but a few times she's made me chuckle. Honestly didn't know she's Debbie Reynolds' daughter.

The last few chapters were disappointing. I'm now on the letter T of the glossary at the end of the book.

The last scene with Lanfear confused the heck out of me. Not sure what's actually happening? Did Rand open a pocket dimension?

Weird the stuff I remember and the stuff I don't. I don't remember Nynaeve beating a Forsaken at all!

Rand's story is my least favorite. Gotta say though, the Wise Ones can be kind of stupid. Bair snapped at Nynaeve for absolutely no reason. I hate Nynaeve but her question was not ignorant; Bair's response was.

I was wanting the return of Min, and boy did I get it! I remembered a new Amyrlin being chosen but I forgot how despicable Elaida is!

Definitely don't remember a Forsaken visiting Nynaeve and Elaine. Not Lanfear so Moghedien? (Not sure if there are any other female Forsaken)

Glad the Tuatha'an made a brief appearance.

Love the way Jordan dropped in references you could miss if you don't pay attention (Way of the Leaf during the Aiel storyline, Daughter of Nine Moons during Seanchan storyline).

If Aviendha is a new love interested for Rand, I'm disappointed. She's incredibly annoying. Definitely prefer Min and Elayne.
