Enjoying the story but something has been really bothering me about this book. Poor use of Scots. Dinnae & ken are used on every page. There are even a couple of fash uses. But all the other words are English. It's a super-fake Scotts accent. It is really irritating my ear. Um. Eye. Or both, ear and eye.
