It’s as if someone heard show don’t tell and took it to extremes, it’s flat with no internal dialogue with anyone I’m more convinced than ever that AI was heavily involved in this book’s creation. I want to be wrong maybe it will surprise me, I’ve read other things by the author that I’ve enjoyed, fingers crossed
