potentially interesting concept and characters. Poorly written. Large chunks of description and exposition often repetitive and unrelated to the scene. Too much tellung not showing and not nearly enough interesting dialogue. I'm kind of interested to see how (if) the characters develop but if the last half doesn't get better and quickly, I don't know if I can finish, let alone read the next in the series.
