Nostalgia read! Good time for it. I'll never forget that opening with Uncle Vernon. My 6th grade English class teacher read it aloud to the class (it had just been published, no bans or Satan yet) and well I was hooked and knew I had to get a copy of it. It's kind of a shame the later books forgot that the series started as a mystery series that takes place in a fantasy world.
