Yeah, no, this wouldn't even be fun to hate-read the grammatical errors and inconsistencies present already not even 2 chapters in is sloppy and infuriating, and just gives me second hand embarrassment.💀

So I was so, so excited for this to come out and had it on hold at the library for months but now idk if I even want to read it...have been hearing more bad things than good about this book, and A Study in Drowning was a bit of a disappointment ...my excitement to read this has waned considerably

Starting to have similar issues that I had with Jackson's other RomCom "A Dash of Salt and Pepper" where I'm struggling to vibe with the more quirky narration, just I dunno it isn't for me...🤷
