I’m listening to the audible version, and wow. I should have downloaded a sample first!! The female parts has a man changing his voice, and it sounds like an effort at comedy. It isn’t funny, or scary. I need to pull out my hard copy.

I am having such a hard time with this book. There are so many grammatical errors, extra words in sentences or words left out, the timeline is a bit of a nightmare, the character development changes - giving characters different maturity levels to make it fit the plot. It is completely inconsistent. I’m 40% done, and I’m trying my best to finish it. We’ll see though!!
