I like how the dialogue between the characters is written, in a very serious event a joke cracks here or there easing the tension

I’m astonished to the plot’s build of synchronicity in events, like when he got leg injury at Ronan’s palace he felt the heaviness in Res during the Chariot race. Nonetheless, i felt the intricacies during the race was too much.

The Inauguration ceremony for Vis to become Septimii is a bit heavy to read, too many details that i feel could’ve been easily shortened. Thats what i thought, until i saw Vis’s oratory conspicuously mentioning a man who lost his farm; then i clicked that could be related to the other world.

I like how the 1st part of Book ll answers many questions i had in Book l regarding the inucitii and the ruins which did not have much emphasis on Book l. I noticed the plot is built toward plot twists will startles me about Emissa, the fact he cannot see his sister’s image in his mind means she’s still alive, even when Rulecia briefly asked him about her in Book l suggests that.

I was upset when i finished book l as the ending was vague, to my blithe relief, book ll didn’t disappoint me. The fact the plot is put in multiple timelines in different world is something i would love to explore.

This is one of the best of the best novels i have ever read, it’s the first book that i read where i have to deeply fathom its exposition even though sometimes it’s put exquisitely vaguely. It gradually introduced the story’s setting. I found myself sweepstakes the character’s background due to the depth it covers for that covers the slightest hint

The explanation of the Pain-body and how it does take control over your actions and the whole personality is insane. Sometimes the pain-body remains dormant for long time! If the reader knows where the things go wrong in their’s own life then they will click it straightly.

I loved how the author elaborate the relation of paranoia disorder with the EGO and how they are connected. Despite i genuinely believe sometimes a person needs to be in a shocked situation to wakeup and be in the present. However, i felt that part so touchy to me as i was suffering of such disorder in my early 20s. I felt like “oh finally someone is explaining that from different prospective of a psychiatric”

Too deep to the point of confusion. Sometimes i reread the page more than once to get the idea. But mostly Eckhert breakdown what he means by the end in simple words. I truly enjoying it, i found myself easily relating to the resent ego (which i think mostly all of us gets trapped into it).
