Wow...this book and/or CD should be read/listened to by most people. The info needs to be understood -- the science, the laws of nature, what is happening in our world. The goal is not to be sad. Work past that. The goal is knowledge, awareness. And, maybe, once understood, then an individual, or a group of people, can develop ideas about how to go forward in life. Humans are altering the Earth. We must learn.
