Twisty, tangley and a bit messy, but still a decent thriller. 3.5 rounded up

Over the top chaos, mayhem, betrayal, and plot twists.... Not my normal thing but I will need to know where it goes and what happens in book 3 at least.

This is not your typical crime mystery fiction, in a good way. Great characters and story, and although I thought the ending was satisfying enough, I think the door is open for a possible sequel? This one kept me engaged from the opening page.

4.5 rounded up. Certainly not everyone's cup of tea, but it was mine.
