What do you care about? Comparison and always wanting what others have is only done if you don't know what you care about. If you know what you care about, other people's goals and successes are not even comparable, they're different. Ulysses S. Grant example.

Rachel's got some problems. I guess normal ones by fiction standards. Or society's.

To do rather than to be.
We live in a world where everyone says fake it til you make it, why not be humble, and do your work, so you will make it and not need to fake it.
Be a canvas for others, pave the way clear for others. Shown restrain like Jackie Robinson for the bigger goal. Get out of your head, remove the entitlement. All similar thoughts on the path of aspiration.
Work, work, work. Don't talk, talk, talk.

We don't know what we don't know. Hindsight is not 20-20. We don't know all the "two-inch" things that may have caused success. To be more self aware of the things you do not know, and the factors you cannot see- 1 foot in the door of known, the other in the door of unknown. Confidently embracing and ready to face either. So much is Hidden.

Embrace change, give randomness credit. Big mistakes and small mistakes are all mistakes. Small mistakes add up and become big mistakes. Don't over look them. Randomness kept Toy Story 2 alive and Pixar alive.

If you think Lotso as Stalin and the other toys as his cowering subjects, then Big Baby -- was Stalin's army. If you flip the army, then you can get rid of Stalin... What can Woody do that will turn Big Baby's sympathies against Lotso?
