I'm enjoying it a lot. The script format is only a little offputting, and one or two story niggles, but otherwise it has that magical Harry Potter feel and I love that. Will just have to see how it progresses, I know a lot of you have been disappointed by this one.

I love the Warcraft lore but this reads like.. well.. a book written for a quick paycheck. I hate to say it, but it does. Too much thesaurus description and not enough showing us the story and the world. Feels awkward... Still, it's Illidan. Hnngh. So torn on this book. So torn.

Sorry for the spam. Was just tidying up my 'currently reading' a little. :) The trouble when you're in a state of being a serial-starter; your Goodreads profile becomes a mess. :P

It feels quite nice adding books to GR that aren't marked as "freebies" or "for review" that I've picked up purely because I really want to read it. :) ALSO... yes I'm between books and hopping. That's still a thing. I'm trying at least.

I tried watching the series instead but it just wasn't as detailed.. obviously. Haha. But some things I felt were important to the story were left out and stuff sooo.. books it is.

Writing still awful. Too many two-dimensional characters and skipped-over plot points and clichés and the like.

Still too intrigued by the story in general to set it aside, though.

The writing is still.. it.. reads like the first draft of a NaNo novel. And I'm confused by Violet.. I don't believe her at all. She doesn't feel confused, angry, sad, happy, lustful, anything. She's flat.

Yet I'm kinda hooked. I can't explain it. Clearly Abigail has some raw talent. Will be interesting to see how she has grown as a writer considering how young she was when she wrote this one.

Started reading this on my phone on a whim, had the ebook since well.. around the time it released. So.. it's not the most amazingly written thing so far, but I'm mordbidly curious regarding the story. Sooo that's enough, I guess. I do have a soft spot for the vampires. :p

Slowly getting into this. Love it so far. ^^

So close now. :D After a couple of years of barely reading, finishing books feels like an epic achievement to me. Shh.

So maybe at some point this week I'll stick to my planned "bed time" and actually do a bunch of reading. I'M REALLY TRYING, YOU GUYS. Blogs and games are distracting. <3

This book is amazing. Like seriously. Why did nobody force it on me sooner? You guys.. *wags finger* So I got the first novella and book 2 is on the way. I never thought I'd be this hooked on a scifi series, it's awesome. :D

At last! I have caught up to the spoilers. Everything from here is a total surprise and I will kill anybody who ruins that for me. ;)
