Done. What a book. One of the few I would probably never again reread and revisit.

A couple of paragraphs before climax, and I'm stuck. I find myself unable to continue. I just can't bear what will happen next, I can't bear for my beloved characters to start their rocky descent....Perhaps I will read in the morning.

It seems that I'm taking forever reading this series. Actually I was almost done with the first installment until I stopped. It's the kind that needs to be savored anyway and I plan to do just that in the near future hopefully when I have greater time in my hands.
