Just finished the first two chapters while at work. So far it's completely sucked me in, eager to see what is coming next. If my eyes weren't hurting so much from eye doc appt I would attempt more tonight.

I can't help but think Julie Pec also reads Twilight/TVD or Originals fanfic while reading this so far... So much sounds like Bella as portrayed in much fan fiction.

Gnocci in Tomato broth recipe... I've made this recipe, altering it some with the gnocci because of the over stock of instant potatoes we have. Also instead of removing all the vegetables,I run them through a food processor and blend them into the broth making for a thicker and textured soup. All I can say is that while cooking this, the house smells great!
