Sandra is on page 100 of 392 of The Dark Side: The Inside Story of How the War on Terror Turned Into a War on American Ideals
If there was ever a reason for Bush, Cheney and their inner circle of henchman to be tried and imprisoned for abuse of power and war crimes, this book details them very well.

Not only did the whole Bush Admin ignore and dismiss warnings of a terror attack, but when it did happen, Cheney used it as an excuse to create a totalitarian state, ignore the constitution and ruin the lives of anyone standing in his way.

He was brilliant and ruthless to his enemies; beneficent to his friends. I think he would make short shrift of ISIS today.

Thus far, I think ISIS would be quickly destroyed if Ghengis Khan were in charge.

hard read. the author sounds like an apologist for England for not entering the war against hitler sooner and he's certainly not a fan of Churchill,. And so far, neither am i.

Sandra is on page 125 of 544 of Lighting the Way: Nine Women Who Changed Modern America
Karenna Gore Schiff is Al Gore's daughter - a pleasant surprise after i started reading the book. While a little rough around the edges as a writer, she brings to the forefront nine women whose sacrifices, commitment and passion paved the way for improving the lives of blacks, children and women, and thus changing the face of America into a better and more just country. Interesting and compelling read.
