Hard to follow, but then again, this is the first time I've ever tried to read a complete novel on my iPhone. Not sure if the problem is with Gibson's writing, or if my brain simply refuses to suck literature through any portal smaller then a 6 x 4 page.

"Inside, the trailer was the color of Vaseline with LEDs buried in it..." Yep, this is a Gibson novel all right.

Warning: when an author includes their two middle initials in their by-name, you know you're probably in for some pompous, self-serious bullshit by an author who believes himself the next J.R.R. Tolkien and whose sense of humor is about as generous as the Ayatollah's. And oh what a joyless slog this book is. I'm reading it because the series was enthusiastically endorsed by the editors of io9. Oh what a mistake.
