This author is amazing. I could never imagine or predict all the trouble Fin gets himself into.

So heartbreaking and beautiful. The story is a gem with varied facets. I have no idea what will happen next.

Now THAT’s how you write a book. I have ALL the feels. What’s going to happen in the last 20% I’m still not sure.

It’s soooo slow

Loving this book. The MMC is a little too perfect as is the FMC, but I’m still along for the ride. I honestly don’t know what will be the big throw-down in the 3rd act. Let’s see…

Elisa Kova’s writing is beautiful, and this story is incredibly creative. I have no idea how they’ll get to a HEA, or even get together considering the MMC is part fish. I’m not loving the under the sea setting. I feel…smothered! while reading it.

So far I’m hating the MMC and feeling really sympathetic toward the FMC, even though I don’t relate to her in any way. Still…I can’t wait to see what the story brings.
