I found that this story was moving towards what I felt was a dark place and I was not in a space to be able to cope. I really should finish it.

I found that this book was heading towards a dark place that I didn't like so I may well abandon this book. However, it was interesting, so I should finish it.

I hated this. Didn't like the characters and Archer's Goon was just awful. I think I will be abandoning this book.

I honestly couldn't get into this book and realised now that I remember nothing about the story. I will probably abandon this one.

I just lost interest in the characters in this. I will finish it one day.

It hasn't really grabbed me, a slow starter, but I must get back to it

Struggling to finish this. Although I like the little parts of stories which go to make up the larger whole, I don't like the overarching characters which make up the arch. I prefer the little character which appear in the smaller side stories, so when it returns to the main theme/arc I tend to go off to other books.

About 2/3rds of they way through I had the distinct impression of "We won't use the Nuclear weapons this time, We'll get out the big guns instead"

Very hard going. I have broken off finishing this to read some more uplisting books.
