okay, finally getting somewhere

still waiting for any thrilling murders. Not much.... or at all really....

started bit slow. after the characters and settings are settled, it's getting better.

Sort of boring and pretentious at times. Hope the ending makes up for it

Ugh. This is definitely a book you want to read during your break. Too good to stop.

crowding out effect leads me to reconsider my capitalistic approach to life. Intrinsic motivation makes a big difference compared to external motivation

The Jumping the Queue chapter was fascinating. At first, I disagreed strongly with Sandel's argument that line jumping shouldn't be available for purchase. However, Sandel does provide counter-arguments to some of the possible objections, which even though I am not yet satisfied, I appreciate.

Slow paced, but has more than just a murder. ton of intricate details which seem to be used to complete a full painting.
Although I appreciate his comprehensive research, I was expecting more of a "can't put the book down" novel.

been listening to this through an audiobook. so far so good. easy book

Finished the first part. It's tragic, but the way the author writes make this book more silent. Not using quotations in a conversation makes the story to have a smaller climax, as if it's just a regular life that the main protagonist is going through. obviously, this boy isn't going through a regular typical life.

love her ambition and ego. it's a fast read. enjoyable. nothing much to complain
