Trying to figure out if this is all phase 3 or real. I kinda wish they'd just kill all the wicked ppl and be done with it, but I'm not sure I understand what in the heck these "blueprints" are although it all sounds pretty corrupt. But if there is a cure I'm not sure the whole idea should be shutdown. Maybe they could find a way to cure everyone the usual way, with a shot, or at least make a vaccine. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
