Emily is proving to be quite a sleuth it seems. Clever girl she is as well

I am having the best time reading and listening to this book! I absolutely loved chapter 8: The Night-Moth's Party. I'm really looking forward to finishing this, but also NOT because I don't want the cuteness to end.

I'm about to start chapter eleven and let me just tell you Emily Trefusis is one SHADY lady. And Jim Pearson is a bumbling mess, it's ridiculous. But he's also a precious bean!

I don't know why this says it only has 192 pages, my copy had 224. But I am loving this

I'm not one hundred percent certain I have the percentage correct, but I've listened to three chapters ao far through Librivox and I'm really enjoying this book so far! As well as the narrator's voice, which is always a bonus with an audio book.

Picked this back up last night and I'm back to enjoying the weirdness and bizzarely written novel. Arty is a joyous bastard of a character and I love him.

I'm not sure if I have the percentage right, but I made it through Act 1 and half of Act 2 and I just don't see myself finishing it! The anxiety Act 2 has been giving me makes me so uncomfortable, and I don't think I'll make it through. I try not to DNF books, but this one I have.

Oh the joys of rereading a novel that is an allegory of WWII governmental systems. I first read this a few years ago but I never really understood everything. But now I'm able to understand!

Oh my goodness. Such a bizarre family background I'm reading about. I am loving it!

As I said earlier, I'm not quite sure what's going on with the plot of this book, but the bizarre thing is, IT'S STILL AMAZING.

This book so far is making little sense, yet I'm finding it enjoyable to read! I'm hoping everything will start making sense later on in the book though.

I recently got this as a #BlindDateWithABook from my new and used book. store. I'm in love with the ambiance of this book so far! I've never read a book like this, but I know I will love the (probably) heartbreaking adventure that Ida Mae is going to take me on.

I am loving the experience Tshepo is bringing into my life! He's such an interesting character!

I'm not 100% sure if this percentage is correct, but I'm listening to this brilliant story via Librivox for my #WeaveAndReadWithMe read/listen a long book of the month and I'm loving The Lady and her thought processes about everything! I feel this book is still relevant for the current time!

I will admit, the first few chapters are...confusing and jumpy. But I have faith that everything will link up and start making sense soon!

Starting reading again! Can I finish it before February ends? I hope so!

The Librivox dramatic reading of this has some amazing readers!
