Things I’ve learned in this book so far:
1. Dario sounds like quite the chad despite his self-professed shyness. Maybe that means there’s good for me too.
2. He asked Pink Floyd to do the soundtrack to Deep Red but they couldn’t commit to it due to their work on Wish You Were Here.
3. On the subject of Deep Red, it sounds like the first time Argento made a film completely on his own terms without interference.

Only a few chapters into it so far but damn Mishima knows how to describe milieu and atmosphere so well in a way that is engaging to read. Also admire the semi-flashbacks of the novel so far, or at least it’s non-chronological structure so far.

Got about halfway through Watchmen today and it's really good and I dig it. Could perhaps be done with it by tomorrow.

I believe I got to the part where Monty Python was just starting to take root, but I lost track of where I am and it’s been months since I read it so I’ll probably have to start over.
