A quarter of the way through, and this book is so different from anything else in the Stormlight Archive. So indicative of how Brandon has grown as a writer. There’s this sense that anything could happen on any page, and we’re learning so much all the time - not a Sanderlanche, but just a casual flow of new info - about things we didn’t understand before.

God, I missed this.

Um…yeah. I’m not saying there’s not good action and I don’t like the characters. I do! Plus, the “Dragon Rule” still applies. If a book has dragons, it’s immediately cooler.

But Lord have MERCY is this book porny. Maybe it’s not even that bad for the romantasy genre - I’m a little out of my depth here. But…whoa. For real.
