I'm geeking out and engrossed in this book. Written by the psychologists responsible for a battery of Implicit Association Tests, it addresses the study and research into implicit bias. Since I'm about identifying implicit bias in myself and others, this book is turning out to be my jam.

So far, this book is what I expected: blow-by-blow examples of white reaction to black progress, whether seeking equality, improvement, or exceptionalism often at the expense of what we know as The Country's Greater Good.
