I'm really confused by the passage of time in this opening. Uhtred said he's around 36 now and I swear he was 29 in the last one. So that's 7 years. But then he mentioned he hadn't seen a character we just saw in 4 years. His youngest child is only 2 and was close to being born at the end of book four. So which is it? How much time has passed since the end of the battle of London?
