only 60 pages into this so far but it's clear that although d graeber is an absolute crazy-man wild card loose cannon, he's really interesting and knows a lot.
book is readable to the point of being pop-poli-sci but there's a fierce commitment to always be historicizing (ABH).
lots of great use of etymology.
