Time to holiday! Catch you all in a few :-)

This was meant to be my in-flight read tomorrow, but I'm devouring it too quickly. That's a good thing.

A page turner so far.

Really liking certain aspects of this; disliking others.

Likely due to listening to this rather than reading it, but it feels like awfully slow going at the moment.

Though it suffers from not yet having a recognisable lead character, and the action jumping around (temporally) too much, this has been a page turner.

An engrossing start.

Reckon I see the writing on the wall with this one.

Ughh. 250 pages of awkward first love broken only by a wild dog and the promise of a vampire rearing its head. Maybe. Possibly. Probably in the last 20 pages.

Though frustratingly slow at times, most of the slow scenes seem to pay off somewhere down the line when it comes to King.

An easy read that is moving quickly so far.

Slow going but at least this one has a worthy narrative drive.

Started exceptionally well, but things are getting bogged down in Texas Chainsaw territory now...
