Where's the world buiding? And the relationship and the drama surrounding it feels so contrived.

Oh boy, and it was going so well. That just totally killed it for me. It went from zero to sixty, and the timing was such a turnoff.

This is fun! It's sorta like the Bourne Identity for YA readers.

Really liking the concept and gradual world building. Can't say the same for the romance.

wanna finish this cause it's an ARC, but I'll admit I'm skimming alot. The plot is flimsy as all get out and it's already pretty short.

This is one of my favorite movies. It's fun reading through the screenplay. Can't wait to get to the short story. It's making me want to pop in my dvd too.

So the story started of a bit slow and the writing felt rushed and choppy in parts. It's starting to smooth out and the story has picked up. I'm really enjoying it, but now these feelings on Peter's part are surfacing a bit too quickly.

I've been minding my p's and q's, and let me tell ya, I had no idea how many of those little fuckers there were - lol Rule! I'm enjoying this character.

The grammar mistakes are REALLY jarring. There are missing words, mispelled words, misused words, repeated words, comma issues, and some run on sentences that keep pulling me out of the story to make silent corrections. With that said, the story is still really well written and I'm impressed by the solid character development. Please stay good. Do not creep in pesky cliches.

Sigh, the cover is so pretty and fresh and the blurb had me all kinds of exctied, but this is shaping up to be just ok.

Annnnd I quit. What was that? Why is this happening? Those are not boss like tendencies, and even if you're shocked, you could have at least slapped him. I mean, she spent the first 8 pages going on and on about his bastard tendencies. I figure she can at least deliver a slap, but I guess she just really wanted him.

This isn't 320 pages, and thank God for that. 9 pages in and I already want to be done. The dialogue is lolz worthy... I just can't. I wish I had read all those reviews before requesting. New shelf for this one because, yeh, I did this to myself.

There's something about this series that works for me. It's not the most original, but it's a cute, fun, easy read.

Really digging the world building so far and I like this concept of practitioners and another Earth. The characters are pretty good too. Plus, Loken's metal tattoo sounds awesome! Oh, but I think I've already figured out something about Elder Kohler. We shall see.
