Joseph Smith, Brigham Young, John Taylor and Wilford Woodruff all gave some interesting talks. They were not often the fiery repent talks many think they were. They often gave talks of we're doing alright, we can improve here or there a little, or to refute some lies being told about the Saints. A very interesting look into their presidencies.

It feels a lot like an episode of the Garfield and Friends show, so a bit campy. It is still Garfield though and I'm grateful to have read it.

Starting off fast paced as usual. ☺

I've gotten through the foundational information and much more of the murder of king Gavalar makes sense now.

Very interesting book. Another well weaved book by Mr. Sanderson! It's hard to put it down.

Intriguing book so far! I'm wondering if the two main characters will meet in this book or later in the series.

Very interesting story so far. However, like the cemetery scene in the first Candy Shop Wars, there are parts of this novel that I question if they are suitable to the age group it is intended for. Still though, Mr. Mull has continued to amaze me with this book!

How on earth our society ever survived this horrible practice of slavery I will never know. I am truly at a heart-wrenching part, and I feel like it is far from the last and probably not the worst.

Like I read in one of the reviews, this book is in the style of the Diary of a Wimpy-Kid series, but it is significantly better then any of the books in that series. At least so far it is. I like how the Star Wars universe is so neatly wrapped into the story, especially Yoda's quirkyness.

This is a fun little book! I really like the way the author has written it so far. I'm thinking that I'd like to read more of her books!

I am glad to have read this book if for no other reason than that I have come to know Mr. Evans better. The insights he shares are wonderful and I do firmly believe can change anyone for the better if he/she let's them.

Slavery is such a vile and demeaning practice. I admire Mrs. Stowe being able to bring out so clearly the awful practice.

Mrs. Stowe was truly a literary genius. I have learned so much about the time period that she is writing about already!
