I love this

This is devastating my heart and soul. It aches for all the clans, and all the loss.

This one is hard, an amazing read truly, but frustrating. The time for strong leadership has come more than ever yet it’s fading faster than StarClans winds. I wish Fireheart would be more aggressive and hold certain cats accountable. Darkstripes actions were a betrayal and he just lets it go?? I’d have cast him out of the clan.

I can’t stop reading this series. Tragedy has continued to strike but Fireheart is coping exceptionally well with it and a certain villian has re entered the picture gaining power. I cannot wait for his down fall

This one is starting off emotionally heavy in a way the others haven’t.

I’m 30% in and the the beginning seemed interesting, and then it was nearly all uncomfortable, humiliation/punishment/physical and emotional sexual abuse. It’s not even CNC. This is supposed to be a romance book. It’s literally just r*pe. The victim (female ofc) is crying and sobbing -not pleasure- through literally every interaction. This was a book written by a woman through the male gaze. I’m disgusted….

The religious over tones are starting to wear me down, and it’s got some sexism. The main character totally gives up on his dreams then gets re inspired, but gave up for pretty much no reason ??

There are so many soulful insights page after page. It’s reminding me of the things I want in my life.

The way Lena breaks through the pages to make you feel like you’re listening one on one to her and gossiping back and forth is what drew me to the book. This is my adult re-read and it’s better than it was the first time I read it. Every woman should read this and feel its affects
