Slow start as usual, build-up was a quick one, I was expecting the main event to be the murder , but that was reserved as a side event rather than the core storyline. Naturally, Dostoevsky beautifully addresses the human soul upon devastating enactments by the main character. illustrating the consciousness thereafter, leaves the reader hooked about what may happen next.

Book is becoming very interesting after a slow beginning. Characters are revealing their true personalities, motives and plots are forming.
