C. is 24% done with Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire (Harry Potter, #4)
I'm at pg 183,and not finding this book at all engaging, skimmed to get this far!
Like many series, the quality seems to be lessening with each consecutive book.

Totally enchanted by this loving memoir. The info on Swedish culture is fascinating, as well.

Got this as a Kindle freebie 2 years ago. Nice and creepy and enjoying reading about the south Louisiana/Cajun culture.
'Clean' read.

I am enjoying The Bishop's Wife book very much. It is a very interesting mystery set in the Mormon community with lots of surprising insights into Mormon culture, that evidently....judging by the negative reviews, Mormons do not want told! Iintend to finish this engrossing book today.

I was going to start reading-The Golden Sisters, but since it is actually the sequel to -Martha's Girls, and I hate to read books out of sequence, I purchased the Kindle copy of Martha's Girls and will start reading it this evening. I just got a new laptop with Windows 10, and I am trying to get familiar with it.

C. is on page 58 of 404 of Velva Jean Learns to Drive (Velva Jean, #1)
Starts out with this 10 year old mountain girl being very worried about not being 'saved' by Jesus, because her daddy told her if she dies, she's going to hell, and her older brother confirms that it's probably true that both him and her are probably going to hell! I am interested in reading about the changes that the building of the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway brought to the Appalachians.

I'm enjoying it very much.I really like the characters,[well except for one nasty villain],and I am finding the flipping-houses info, and the mystery-ies,really interesting.I wish it didn't have to end.
