Up to Chapter 13. The past couple of chapters have been excellent with detailing how the Nazis undertook assuming control of the German churches. Hitler was extremely anti-Christian, but in the early stages of the Third Reich he didn't allow this to be quite as much public knowledge as he knew he would need the Church (both Roman and Lutheran) to be on his side. And he fooled them both.
