Overall I think it’s half finished. Olivia doesn’t feel like a fully realized character. How the parents are foster parents is beyond me (besides the fact they are loaded). Location and time is so ambiguous that I have no clue when we are (early 2000’s to present). It could have been so good but half the book so just boring.
