Very predictable thus far!

Finding it triggering based on personal experience in a house share, so don’t mind me while I dissociate my way through this book…
I am determined to read Freida’s entire catalogue, so I shall persevere.

Enjoying it! Just taking it slow, as it is in a way self-help, so I want it to really stick with me. So if I read it all in one go, I won’t take it all away with me. I am really enjoying learning about Buddhism, as I am quite spiritual myself, without delving into religion.

Personally, finding this one difficult to read, as it’s a bit too ‘comforting’ for me. Also, I know Ro has stated she is going to be repeating herself, however this is definitely living up to what she has stated thus far. Having to take a break for now, like she has suggested.
