Right now sitting at about a 3 1/2 stars. I think the present day stuff is truly unnecessary and the book seems to think so as well, as we’ve dropped it in favor of Angier’s perspective which is much more enjoyable. As was Bordens in the first half

Definitely hovering around a 2-3 star book… there’s times where I think it’s gonna get a little bit better but then it turns away from that.
