If you want to be remembered, start out talking about your service with a problem.
1. I'm a private chef. (No imagination of how they help)
2. You know how families can struggle to find time to cook, and when they can it's not always tasty and nutritious. Well, I'm a private chef. (Much more memorable and helps other person envisage what you do)
