But seriously the way Jay writes is incredible. I love this story. It’s like I’m there, I’ve been transported into that same cold cell and The Black Lion has pulled me into his memories to walk beside him. I love it

Kicking myself I let this sit on my tbr for so long! the way Jay writes is a bloody masterpiece (pun unintended) I’m in love.

Switched to audio book and it’s much easier to follow now. Enjoying it a lot more
