Jeff Samuelson is on page 75 of 887 of L.E.J. Brouwer – Topologist, Intuitionist, Philosopher: How Mathematics Is Rooted in Life
Fascinating man and great read so far. What an enigmatic character. Part consevative mathematician, but felt that mathematics and its applications were “sinful”. (Sin as treason to the self, not somethingthat concerns church or society). He is anti progressive but certainly not a reactionary. Trade, technology and business figured prominently on his list of sins.
Quite a page turner for a 850 pg tome

If I had to pick the philosopher who says the least, with the most opaque language, Bergson and Husserl are definitely near the top.
