Kinda disappointed in the ending. I liked the ending w the beast and I loved the fact that Alderic didn’t die but I was expecting kinda more romantic ending, I wanted them to be together, not just “friends” or at least I wanted it said clearly. Overall I enjoyed the book and I loved Alderic and Lyssa, it was different than other romantasy books and I enjoyed the change 4/5⭐️

Guessed few stuff, Alderic isn’t half fae but he’s immortal (close enough) and he technically did lose his lovers (yes, LOVERS, multiple) but not due to the beast, he lost his brother due to the beast, same as Lyssa. I see romance forming FINALLY and I am loving it, got addicted to it and read 120 pages today, I planned only 50
