The memoir parts are excellent, the narration – hypnotizing. My issue is I’m not “getting” the mathematical instruction parts that I do find interesting. For me, this will be a book that I’ll need a hard copy of, which is good for the author and publisher ;) .

Hmm, seriously contemplating not finishing. Not what I was expecting. I wanted to be scared - to have to sleep with the lights on. Maybe I'm too old for that.

I read To Kill A Mockingbird when I was a teenager and thought it over-rated. I admit I need to re-read the novel as an adult and I expect my opinion will change. So far I am loving Harper Lee's adult Scout. I've been laughing out loud and reading passages to my coworkers. Lee's writing places you squarely in the south.
