I did not realize this was a romance when I picked it up, so I’m not really loving it so far. Honestly, the first part when the female protagonist was a prostitute was much more intriguing and unique to me, too bad she immediately runs away despite working there for years before the start of the novel. I’m more interested in *that* story

I’m being so real, I might have to dnf this. I am not connecting with the writing style at all
