After learning even a little ab Greek mythology. No one talks how Madeline Miller romanticised her characters so much? I mean this is literally just fanfiction. I got it why I hate so many enemies to lovers booktok books. I crave bond, unspoken understanding, and feeling of intimacy together when characters don’t do something personal on superficial level, not tension and desire.
I don’t want character to be attacked to each other by looks and beauty, I want them to look at each other and say “I see you”.
